2.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions: – 30 days or more before the trip start date: Full refund minus administrative fees for hotels; activities and visa cost is non refundable and flight ticket costs on case to case basis. – 15-29 days before the trip start date: 50% refund for hotels; activities and visa cost is non refundable and flight ticket costs on case to case basis. – Less than 15 days before the trip start date: No refund.

2.2. In the event of cancellation by Imperial Escapes due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or an alternative trip will be offered to the customer. Please be clear that we will discuss cancelable or non-cancelable hotel bookings with you while placing the quote or raising the invoice since there can be substantial price difference in both these options sometimes. In those cases, the refund policy stated in quotation/ invoice would be binding for hotel bookings. In some countries, there is tourism tax or similar tax is imposed for night stay which is out of bound of our quotes and is to be submitted at the hotel only. We will highlight this in the quote or invoice that we will share with you. To highlight one example, a tourism tax of 15/20 Dhs is applicable to all 5 star hotel bookings for the UAE per night per room that will be paid directly to the hotel itself by the travelers.
